The local Phi Phi dive sites include Bida Nok and Bida Nai , famous for their resident Leopard Sharks. There are also umpteen other sites dotted around the Koh Phi Phi islands that are home to a huge variety of marine critters. For the more adventurous and experienced diver Hin Daeng and Hin Muang should be on the wish list. These two fantastic sites have the deepest drop-offs in Thai waters and are one of the best places to see Manta Rays and Whalesharks in Thailand. Hin Daeng trips run daily from Koh Phi Phi between November and May. Advance booking is essential, as on busy days, the dive shops close their books early when they are full for the following day. For all accommodation inquiries for Koh Phi Phi please check out our affiliate Agoda , who always seem to have the most competitive rates for hotel rooms in Thailand. We sell three-day packages for diving from Koh Phi Phi. There are two packages, a high season package, which includes Hin Daeng & Hin Muang and a low season package which doesn't include Hin Daeng - as the trip seldom runs during low season due to the possibility of choppy seas. We can also arrange diving directly from Phi Phi. Please contact us about this for more details, and tell us exactly what you're looking for. Please Note For Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, divers need to be certified to PADI Advanced level or have completed a Deep Adventure Dive with an instructor. We can also arrange all other PADI diving courses on Koh Phi Phi. Please contact us for more details. Prices Include Tanks, weights, lunch on the boat, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, drinking water. Prices Exclude Equipment rental which is B500 per day. Meals on the overnight trip. |
