The MV Deep Andaman Queen Similans liveaboard offers a high standard of service to scuba divers in Thailand looking for that little bit extra on their Similans diving safari. The Deep Andaman Queen liveaboard runs exciting Thailand liveaboard trips to the Similan Islands, Hin Daeng, as well as some Burma liveaboard trips. A large boat with very comfortable amenities, she is never crowded and takes a maximum of only twenty one guests when she's full. There is a wide choice of cabins including a master cabin, five deluxe double bed cabins, and a couple of standard cabins with bunks beds. The master cabin and the deluxe cabins on Deep Andaman are all en-suite. If you like a bit of luxury when you take your diving liveaboards this could be the right boat for you!
There is a large indoor saloon with the an entertainment system, as well as a large outdoor dining area, and an expansive sundeck kitted it with comfortable sun loungers where guests can relax between dives. Food is excellent, and a mixture of Thai and western cuisine, and served buffet style. The dive deck is huge, and even if all the guests gear up together there is oodles of space. Staff are very helpful and polite, and the dive staff are experienced so can find you all the gems to be discovered whether it be in the Similans, Burma, of at the southern sites like Hun Daeng and Hin Muang.
The Deep Andaman Queen runs varied schedules and itinerates, to keep her guests happy. Burma offers excellent scuba diving and is relatively untouched. What better way to visit the Burma dive sites than with the Deep Andaman liveaboard.
Schedules, Prices & Itineraries The Thailand liveaboard Deep Andaman Queen offers scuba divers in Thailand two different liveaboard itineraries to choose from. There is a four night Similans trip including Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock, and a seven night Similans and Burma diving itinerary.
The Similan Islands Itinerary (4 Days & 4 Nights / 14 Dives) Departure Day: Transfer times start at around 3pm on the day of departure. The MV Deep Andaman leaves from the pier just north of Phuket at around 9pm, and cruises overnight to the Similan Islands. Day 1: Four dives around the Similan Islands including a night dive. Guests can visit the islands for an hour or two between dives for some sightseeing. The fourth dive could be a night dive in Honeymoon Bay. Day 2: A couple of dives in the Similans then the Deep Andaman heads off to Koh Bon for a couple of dives where there's a great chance to see Manta Rays. Day 3: A morning dive at Koh Tachai, then head north for a few dives at the world famous Richelieu Rock. This is where Whale Sharks are often spotted! Day 4: The last two dives might be conducted Koh Bon, and the Boonsung Wreck before starting the cruise back to the mainland. Guests will in the early afternoon and be transferred back to their hotels.

The MV Deep Andaman leaves from the pier just north of Phuket at around 9pm, and cruises overnight to the Similan Islands. Day 1: Some excellent scuba diving in the Similans, Koh Bon, and Koh Tachai. Day 2: Diving at Richelieu Rock, before cruising to Burma and clearing immigration formalities. Day 3: Four dives at Shark Cave and High Rock. Day 4: Great diving at Great Swinton, Clara Island, and Black Rock. Day 5: Diving at North Twin, South Twin, and Burma Banks. Day 6: Diving at Western Rocky and Burma Banks, before checking out of Myanmar and back into Thailand. Day 7: Diving at Richelieu Rock and Koh Tachai in Thailand. Day 8: The final two dives, Koh Bon looking for Mantas, and the Boonsung Wreck. The Deep Andaman then heads back to the mainland. Guests should be back in their Phuket hotels at around 5pm.

Notes All PADI courses are available on the boat. Nitrox fills are 300 THB each. A full set of equipment is available for 500 THB per day. Dive computers are available to rent at 300 THB per day. All itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions or at the cruise directors discretion.
